Cuando arrancamos, y más en el mundo de los negocios, tratamos de cubrir todas las necesidades básicas del mismo.
Estoy incluye tener los análisis básicos, o al menos deberíamos y estos no son solo saber cuanto ganamos.
Pero a medida que vamos avanzando, el negocio fluye, se desarrolla, empiezan a salir nuevas lineas de negocio, nuevos mercados y todo crece.
Y en ese momento queremos seguir teniéndolo todo controlado y además analizar de forma exhaustiva todo lo nuevo.
Porque además lo nuevo nos motiva más…
Y analizamos todos los indicadores al detalle de ese nuevo servicio, que ahora mido el impacto en todas las redes sociales, las estadísticas del podcast 🙂
Y en medio de esta situación desatendemos los análisis que nos han hecho llegar hasta aquí, las métricas e indicadores que nos han permitido tomar decisiones para llegar a este punto…
Así que está muy bien tomar nuevas perspectivas, pero vuelve a los básicos, nunca gires la vista de tu foco, evolucionados, mete con objetividad nuevos indicadores, pero nunca pierdas tus principales objetivos que te seguirán ayudando a evolucionar y marcarte nuevos retos.
