En el episodio de hoy vamos a ver la importancia de no solo tomar decisiones sino de ser capaces de analizar esas decisiones y actuar sobre ellas.
Antes de empezar recordaros que en la academia online tenéis infinidad de cursos a vuestra disposición, para ser más productivos y eficientes con excel, esta semana estamos rematando el curso de formato condicional y salen nuevos cursos, así que no lo dejes pasar y suscríbete.
Todos manejamos datos, sabemos la importancia de tener los datos organizados, trabajarlos y poder tener un análisis consistente de la información. Pero por encima de todo debemos ser capaces de poder tomar decisiones en base a ellos, pasar a la acción!
Estas decisiones para que sean lo más efectivas posibles deben cumplir unas condiciones o debemos tener en cuenta una serie de criterios para ellas.
Unos criterios en relación a que podamos medirlas, a tener una fecha limite, que sean concretas, con un responsable… En el episodio te lo cuento con todo detalle y como yo lo llevo a mi terreno y lo pongo en práctica con mis decisiones.
Es vital que de estas decisiones puedas analizar su resultado, ver si se han cumplido los objetivos que tenias para ellas o si debes corregir alguna acción de las que hemos comentado anteriormente.
Pero no te preocupes todo es cuestión de práctica y poco a poco adquirirás esta rutina para tu toma de decisiones.
