Bienvenidos al episodio nº 13 del podcast donde hoy vamos a ver en detalle mis objetivos 2019, como los he definido y sobre todo como los voy a analizar.
Es fundamental marcarse objetivos, no hay vuelta de tuerca. Tanto para tener comparativas como para tener una meta que alcanzar que haga moverte y tomar acción.
No vale con decir quiero facturar más, o tener más visitas a la web o lo que sea… No, hay que concretar, definirlos y bajarlos al detalle.
Pero no es una herramienta que nos sirva solo para principios de año, no, nos tiene que servir durante todo el año, para comparar resultados con esta previsión, para ponernos acción que nos lleven a conseguir nuestros objetivos y para no ir como pollos sin cabeza como diría el gran Victor Kuppers.
Además te voy a contar diferentes formas de diseñar tus objetivos y como medirlos y analizarlo.
