Bienvenidos al episodio 22 del podcast de mide y analiza el poder de los datos, donde hoy vamos a hablar sobre como crear un dashboard para tu cuenta de resultados.
Ya hemos visto en episodios anteriores la importancia de tener una cuenta de resultados bien definida, que esta sea automática a la hora de mostrar los datos y no tener que dedicarle tiempo a rellenarlos cada vez que necesitemos analizarla.
Pero en esta ocasión vamos a hablar sobre como analizarla, como preparar un pequeño dashboard muy sencillo que podamos utilizar para analizar de forma rápida y sencilla nuestros resultados y poder entrar en detalle de aquello que veamos con alguna desviación.
No va a ser necesario tener grandes conocimientos de excel en este caso, ademas los recursos que vamos a comentar los tienes disponibles dentro de la academia, donde además tenemos una masterclas de como crear una cuenta de resultados.
Como ves vamos a analizar los tres principales indicadores, tanto para el mes en curso que elijamos, como su acumulado, pudiendo mostrar la información en dos gráficos que den soporte visual.
Igualmente seremos capaces de ver su proyección en todo el años para ver como fluctúa y finalmente, poder analizar algo otro indicador que nos pueda ser interesante, en este caso los clientes con mayor volumen y la deuda pendiente de cobrar.
