Bienvenidos al episodio nº 19 de Mide y Analiza el poder de los datos donde hoy volvemos a hablar del controller financiero con un invitado muy especial.
Hace unas semanas hablaba de que era para mi la figura del controller financiero dentro de la empresa y que no era.
Un episodio que tuvo mucha aceptación y os gusto mucho.
Y como os comenté, iba a empezar a traer invitados a hablar al podcast de diferentes temáticas en relación a la analítica de datos y hoy estrenamos sección con un súper invitado.
Hoy hablamos con Carlos Martin de Prado, un grandísimo profesional, con muchísimo criterio, que he tenido el placer de conocer gracias a Linkedin y que nos va a aportar muchísimo valor hoy con su entrevista, y ademas veréis que es un tipo de una calidad humana enorme.
Vamos a hablar sobre la figura del controller, su relevancia dentro de la empresa, indiferentemente el tamaño que tenga esta, sobre sus responsabilidades, lo que debe y lo que no debe hacer.
Y una parte muy importante, que Carlos controla mucho, hacia donde evoluciona la figura del controller.
Un capítulo muy especial, algo más largo de lo normal, pero que merece totalmente la pena.
