Bienvenidos al episodio nº 21 del podcast Mide y analiza el poder de los datos, donde hoy vamos a hablar sobre el descontrol que puede acabar con tu empresa.

Un episodio muy especial y en el hablo y recopilo sobre los principales factores o procesos, que de no controlarlos pueden llevar a plantearte situaciones de riesgo o poner tu empresa en jaque económico.

Da igual que tipo de empresa tengas o si es tu proyecto como autónomo o freelance, te puedo asegurar que te afecta de igual forma y es necesario que pongas manos a la obra a tener controlado estas áreas de tu negocio.

Hablaremos una vez más sobre la importancia de tener controlada tu cuenta de resultados, que sepas de forma periódica las ventas, los gastos y por lo tanto el resultado de tu empresa.

Muy importante también trabajar con objetivos, con todo el detalle que puedas pero al menos marcar esos objetivos de forma periódica y tener una guía, una meta que alcanzar y que te sirva ademas como motivación.

Fundamental trabajar sobre tus precios, sobre los margenes que aplicas y la necesidad de replantearte y cuestionarte desde tus precios de coste a tus precios de venta pasando por los margenes de rentabilidad.

El flujo de caja es un clásico que hemos hablando también y que considero fundamental seas capaz de analizar y tener una proyección para las sostenibilidad de tu empresa.

Y para finalizar, tienes que tener un análisis constante en el área de diversificación de tu negocio tanto a nivel de producto o servicio, como a nivel de clientes, no atarte a solo un cliente o ser capaz de vender un único tipo de producto o servicio.
